Hi there! I am Brian Peláez of the Richmond, VA area, or as we like to call it, pridefully, RVA! I consider myself an extrovert and use it to my advantage to meet and talk to anyone and everyone. I am married to my job, so I will take any opportunity to talk about my work as a Realtor and Loan Officer to anyone who is willing to listen.
I pride myself on specializing in and servicing the Latino community, LGBTQIA+, and First-Time Buyers. I am fluent in Spanish and can write and read it, so it comes in handy for any and all situations. I enjoy having outdoor time with my baby girl, Iggy, who is my first Lab ever, and I will never go back!
When working from home or enjoying a relaxing morning, I cuddle up with my 7-year-old cat, Juno, who likes to think he is my personal assistant when, in reality, he is just watching me type and work all day.
