Meet the Team Making It Happen
Pride Lending was founded with a simple yet powerful goal: to create an inclusive, client-focused mortgage experience. Our founder, Andrew Dort, started in the mortgage industry in 2015, working his way up from a front desk receptionist to leading a brokerage that puts people first.
What began as a vision quickly grew into a thriving company, expanding to serve more homebuyers and communities across the country. With a team committed to advocacy, transparency, and personalized service, we continue to break barriers and redefine what homeownership looks like for all.
