Remote Mortgage Loan Officer. 175 BPS, No Cap
No tech fee. No per-file fee. No employer FICA. And unlike most brokerages, we don’t quietly withhold 15.3% and call it W2. You pay the standard 7.65%. We cover our half. 175 bps means 175 bps. What you close is what you earn. Fully remote and hiring licensed MLOs across multiple states.
You're a W2 Employee Here. Treated Like One Too.
No 15.3% FICA surprise. Pride Lending covers the employer’s share. You keep what you earned.
You're closing deals. Someone else is taking your comp.
175 bps. No cap. No fees taken off the top.
Still chasing conditions at 6pm on a Friday?
Third-party processing handles the back end. You originate. That’s your whole job.
Your current broker has a ceiling. This one doesn't.
No split. No tier. No surprise deductions at the end of the month.
Remote doesn't have to mean on your own.
A real team, with real support, and someone who actually responds when you need it most.

Break It Down
What 175 BPS Actually Means Compared to What You're Used To
Most comp structures have a catch buried somewhere. A processing fee here, a split on certain products, a ceiling you hit before Q4. At Pride Lending, 175 bps means 175 bps. No tech fee. No per-file fee. No employer FICA. You’re a true W2 employee. That means the employer covers their share of FICA. You pay the standard 7.65%, not the 15.3% other brokerages quietly pass on to you.
| Fee type | Typical large lender | Pride Lending |
|---|---|---|
| Tech Fee | Cost $100 – $300 per month | Included None |
| Per-File Fee | Cost $300 – $500 per file | Included None |
| Employer FICA | Cost An additional 7.65% withheld from your earnings | Included None |
| Coaching | Cost 55-75 bps on first 6 files, then $250/month | Included No Cost |
| Commission Structure | Capped Tiered — you hit a ceiling | Included 175 bps flat, no ceiling |

Apply Now
Stop Leaving Money on the Table. Apply Today.
You fill out the form below. It takes about two minutes. Nobody’s going to chase you down or drop you into a sequence of 30 follow-up emails. Someone from the team reviews your application and if it looks like a fit, you’ll hear back to set up a conversation. It’s not a pitch. It’s a real look at the numbers and whether the timing makes sense for where you are right now. And if it’s not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
Things People Usually Ask Before They Apply
Do I have to be licensed in a specific state to apply?
Not a specific one, no. Pride Lending is licensed and actively operating across multiple U.S. states. As long as you hold an active NMLS license in at least one of our licensed states, you’re eligible to apply. If you’re unsure whether your state qualifies, reach out through our contact page and we’ll confirm it quickly.
Is this position really 100% commission?
Yes. This is a 100% commission-only role at 150 bps with no cap on what you can earn, and no deductions for tech fees, per-file fees, or employer FICA. If that structure doesn’t work for where you are right now, this probably isn’t the right fit.
What does third-party processing actually mean for me?
It means you’re not the one chasing conditions, coordinating with title, or babysitting files through the back half of a transaction. A third-party processor handles that. You originate, you close, and you don’t spend your week doing a job that isn’t yours.
What kind of volume are you looking for?
If you’re actively originating, even one closing a month, and you have referral relationships or a sphere you’re genuinely working, we’d like to talk. If you’re a higher-volume producer ready to stop splitting your commission, even better.
What happens after I submit my application?
Someone from the Pride Lending team reviews your application. If it looks like a mutual fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a conversation. It’s not a sales call. You’ll get a real look at how the comp structure works, what processing support looks like day to day, and whether the timing makes sense for you.
What's the culture actually like?
Built around six core values: Everyone Is Welcome Here, Do What’s Right, Master the Fundamentals, Communication Champions, Pivot with Purpose, and Let’s Go. Those aren’t wall art. They’re how decisions get made. Pride Lending is a mission-driven team focused on expanding homeownership access for underserved communities, and that shapes who we hire and how we operate.
