Hello! I’m Veronica King, and I’ve been a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2017, helping families throughout California navigate home financing with education, patience, and a clear understanding of their options. I’m also a Licensed Vocational Nurse with more than 30 years of experience, and I’ve found that the same qualities that have served me well in healthcare—listening, problem-solving, advocacy, and meeting people where they are—are also at the heart of how I approach lending. I’m especially passionate about working with first-time and first-generation homebuyers, healthcare professionals, women building or rebuilding financially, and clients who may need a little more guidance to see a path to homeownership.
I believe a great lender should be more than someone who closes a loan; we should be educators, resource connectors, and trusted partners our clients feel comfortable returning to throughout every stage of homeownership.
