Pride Lending is Hiring Producing Loan Officers Across All of Our Licensed States

Pride Lending is hiring producing loan officers in the states where we are currently licensed.

Allow me to be direct about what that means, because this is not a “recruiting push” in the way most brokerages use that phrase. We are not chasing headcount, and we are definitely not interested in hiring people who simply want a new place to hang their license.

We are building a brokerage with intention. One that treats clients, referral partners, and employees with respect. A brokerage that holds itself to a higher standard and creates a culture where the right professionals can build something long-term without selling their personality, their ethics, or their peace to do it.

If you’re a producing loan officer and you’ve felt the tension between who you are and what this industry sometimes rewards, you may find Pride Lending to be a breath of fresh air.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for producing loan officers who have already proven they can originate, manage relationships, and protect the client experience.

As a baseline, we are looking for LOs doing at least $500,000 per month in production. More important than the number, though, is the way you produce. We want professionals who are relationship-based, referral-driven, and serious about their craft, not transactional salespeople who treat loans like a payday.

You should want more than a comp plan (though you should want and we do offer competitive comp plans). You should want alignment. You should want a company whose reputation makes your referral partners more confident when they send you business.

Our Core Values Are Not Decorative

A lot of mortgage companies have “core values.” Most of them are, at best, aspirational, and at worst, purely marketing. At Pride Lending, our values are operational. They influence who we hire, how we lead, what we tolerate, and what we refuse to compromise.

Everyone is welcome here. That is not a tagline we put on a website, it is a standard that shows up in how we speak, how we treat people, and the kind of environment we protect. We build culture around belonging, not sameness, and we do not tolerate exclusion in any form.

We do what’s right, even when it is inconvenient. That means ethical decisions, clear expectations, and a commitment to the borrower’s well-being over anyone’s ego or payday. We care about compliance, yes, but more than that, we care about trust, because trust is the only asset in this business that compounds.

We master the fundamentals. We do not skip steps, we do not normalize sloppy work, and we do not excuse preventable mistakes. Professionalism is a discipline, and the best loan officers I know have one thing in common: they take pride in getting the basics right every single time.

We are communication champions. We set expectations clearly, we follow up consistently, and we refuse to leave borrowers and referral partners in the dark. This job is already stressful for clients. Confusion and silence should not be part of the experience.

We pivot with purpose. Markets change. Guidelines change. Life changes. We adapt without becoming chaotic, reactive, or dramatic. The people who trust us deserve steadiness.

And yes, our culture has energy (though the rest of my leadership team somehow have more than me!). We say “Let’s go” because we believe urgency and ownership matter, but we do not confuse urgency with panic, and we do not confuse energy with forward momentum. We do the work and we keep it moving.

Who We Are Not

Let me save you time. We are not your average mortgage shop built around one personality type and one worldview, and we are not interested in recreating the most tired version of this industry.

We are not the stereotypical culture of “cis-gendered, straight, white, male leadership” where difference is tolerated but not respected. We are not “let’s dominate the market and crush our enemies,” because that is not how healthy professionals view business, and it is not how a mature company builds partnerships. I firmly believe that mortgage is not a zero-sum game and those that treat it that way have lost from the jump.

We are also not a brokerage that tolerates toxic behavior just because someone can close loans. If you believe ethics are flexible, or people are disposable, or culture is optional, we are not aligned.

What We Believe This Career Should Provide

When done correctly, this business is a relationship business. A business that is built on trust, on referral partners, on being consistent, and on being dependable. When it is done well, it is one of the most fulfilling careers you can have, because you get to change people’s lives in a real, measurable way.

I also believe it should be sustainable. I believe you can produce at a high level and still have a life. I believe you can love your work without being consumed by it. I believe you can earn exceptionally well without turning your personality into a sales persona or sacrificing your values to fit someone else’s culture. Ask anyone who has met me and they’ll tell you that I’m not a “salesy” guy.

At Pride Lending, we want to build a team of loan officers who enjoy what they do, enjoy the people they do it with, and have time and bandwidth left over to pursue other passions.

What You’ll Find at Pride Lending

This is the part loan officers always ask about, and the answer is simple: You’ll find real support, not empty promises. You’ll find leadership that is involved. You’ll find standards that protect your reputation and strengthen your referral network. And you’ll find a culture where you do not have to pretend to be someone else to be respected.

We are building a brokerage that is proudly values-driven, relationship-based, and operationally sound. And we continually invest in the technology that will give our clients (and employees) an unparalleled experience.

If This Resonates, Let’s Talk

If you are a producing loan officer operating in one of the states we are licensed in, and you align with what you’ve read here, I’d like to connect.

We’re hiring with intention. Our mission matters, the culture matters and the standard matters. The right people will recognize the difference immediately.
